I am a local real estate agent for Colorado and Wyoming. I refer to Pelican quite often. They've helped me with gutters, roofing, shingle replacement, and facia replacement. Pelican Roofing has always been reliable for me.They show up every time, on time. I receive a receipt quickly, which is what I need during a real estate transaction. I will continue to refer to them!
